Fun!! Classes have started, and I'm loving all of my professors.. There's only one more professor to meet next week (we had a shortened week last week so we wouldn't overload on hw & school) and it's a critical one. It's art, therefore I must absolutely get off on the right foot with the prof.. lol. *dread*
Japanese is lots of fun and I now know a couple of new words (save the obvious arigato, etc.) and we've started to learn hiragana.. Now comes out my n00bness.

Hehe hey! Long time no...chat? lol

Drawing was always a passion (I dunno about talent, haha) so I've done quite a bit of it. I never really took formally instructed lessons, like in a studio. Most art students I know do, but I found it terribly boring. To tell the truth, I've picked up more techniques on my own and from THIS website than I ever did from any class.
Not that I'm discouraging lessons or anything. If you don't do a lot of art in your free time, I would say try getting a teacher, but there is really is a great deal you can pick up without one.

hey!! this is annie! i wanted to ask... has drawing been a natural talent of yours or did you take lessons? cause i want to pursue art in college and i really need to improve.
